Yes it does. It's a chambered/resonator-style system, and does a lot of "burbling" especially during decel. Compare it to something like an SLP loudmouth. You'll like it at first, then after a while it'll get very obnoxious. If your gonna run LT's and ORY, a good system to go with would be B&B TriFlo if you can dish out the $688 for the system. I run Redline Performance LT's, high-flow cat and Flowmaster American Thunder- sounds great.
