First time at the track!
Alright... I got a Magnaflow cat back, K&N cold air, 1LE Lid, and stage one jet chip... granted it was my first time at the track, and I only got one friggin run because a mustang blew up halfway down the track spilling oil everywhere, making them close it down to an 1/8 mile instead of 1/4. I didnt press my "transmission perform" button, and I just left it in Drive. I power braked it a little, and launched it... anyway- here are the numbers-
Reaction- 1.8 seconds- haha... I went too far forward staging, and the lights ran when I was backing up... and the LS2 gto I was racing took off... so I took my time and tried to do it right. haha
60ft- 2.218
330ft- 6.0370
1/8 mi ET- 9.1878
1/8 mi MPH- 80.27
the LS2 GTO ran-
60ft- 2.0121
330ft-5.5881
1/8 mi ET- 8.5158
1/8 mi MPH- 85.23
I lost... but im still happy... im not a track virgin anymore... what can I do to improve my time?

mystic- 95 LS, yes it says LS
For improving the driver part, keep going. Work on the reaction times and don't worry about what is beside you.
