electric waterpump
my stock pump is leaking. I want to do an electric conversion. my ? is can i put the electric on and just leave the shaft alone(no dissassembly of timing cover) with no problems?? if i don't have to plug the hole above the optispark i won't. will i have problems if i don't???? never changed waterpump on lt1

I dont think I plugged my hole and i've had a meziere for at least 3 years. And its way out of warranty as well. Still working. I could verify I didnt plug the hole, but its too cold outside now. And still not sure if I can even see it , without taking off the water pump housing anyway. So dont wait on me. =)
