dynaspark vs. those other guys opti
I need some opionions on optisparks! My two choices im considering are dynaspark and msd. Please chime in with opinions on these two. Give me some good and bad things and/or bad experiences you have had with each one of these.
thanks

Either you mentioned would be a step up from a stock unit. I dont have any personal experience with either to be honest. If my car was going to be stock or near stock, I'd probably run a GM stocker, as they do seem to last awhile. If my car was being built, it would likely be boosted, and have a standalone such as DFI that allows the use of a distributor, and bye bye opti.

i went through 2 msd opti's then 1 factory opti. 1 msd wouldn't allow the car to crank. the second was missing on 2 cylinders. then i installed a factory oem piece. car ran great untill the rotor button came off. so i ordered another oem opti and ground off the rotor button ends and used lock washers to hold it in place. that was installed with a LTCC setup. the car is running a lot better now. i can't say anything bad about the LTCC setup.
