I doubt you'll find anyone who wants to trade straight up, because a low mileage WS6 or SS, or even Z28 is worth ALOT more than that bike. NADA puts that bike worth 6300-8200 depending on condition. The only LS1s you'll find for that price are high mileage ones.
Also, this is the LT1 section. You'll find more LS1 owners in other sections of this board

He's not offering to trade. That car is worth A TON more than your bike. Your bike isnt worth what an LS1 car is, unless it's a really high mileage car.
I dont remember him saying that his car was faster than your bike. He offered you a trade deal, and what he said (12,000$+ your bike) is probably about right for an 02 Firehawk, depending on its miles and condition.

Yeah, so if his 02 Z28 is worth 12,000$, he's not going to trade it for your 6300$ bike. By the way it has 32,000 miles, not 40000 (he pointed that out in his post). And also, nobody uses kbb. Banks and car lots use NADA, which says an 02 Z28 is worth 14,775 clean retail with 32000 miles. I've got my shit straight... the only one who needs to get their shit straight in here is the one who thinks their bike is worth about twice what it actually is.

nice looking bike..bump...and u might be better off selling it outright come spring time then searching for an ls1 ....theres great deals to be had out there in the 10-12k range....id be weary of high milage cars in the range of your bike..could come with ALLL sorts of expensive problems....goodluck

Come on guys... The key word is for sale, I was hi jacking the thread ,and was correct in my thinking. because every one responded to it. I am truly sorry for any confusion caused!
I didn't mean in any way to cause an argument. I did understand that he was offering a trade , but mine is for sale.
I have owned motorcycles all my life, and would not trade my car for two of them, no offense intended.
My car is an 02 Z/28 hard top M-6 . 32,000 miles $14,000.00 will buy the car.
Has many tasteful upgrades ,and I have all stock parts that can be re-installed , and 4 ZR-1 wheels with new tires that go with the car.
