Looks sharp. I like the blacked out lights all around. I got that done on mine. Have you thought about painting the panel between the hatch and ttops black? I want to do that.

Good for you not putting a bunch of gaudy crap on the car. Keep it simple

Thanks everyone! I have thought about painting the sail panel, it would look good. Im still wondering if I should swap the plugs and wires. The car only have 40k miles, but it is almost 17 years old. And im sure its never been done. I have the SLP socket for the plugs. What do you think? leave it or swap em?

If you have the time, never a bad idea to keep up with routine maintenance items. I'll warn you though that plugs and wires on an LT motor are a beyotch to do.

With regards to maintenance, keep in mind that time itself can take a toll on fluids, and even plugs and wires. Mileage isnt the only factor. Fluids can sit, and get moisture in them. Plug wires can degrade over time, as well as plugs. And as Jeff said, it's not too easy a job on an LT1 F body.

Black- 1993 Trans Am
what do you guys think of the blackout lenses/covers on a black trans am? Will it look good or look like shi*? I need a new taillight/lens or cover for my passengers rear and the whole blackout kit is cheaper than a new one. Any thoughts?

Im happy with mine. Plus if I get a ticket I can just remove them. You cant go wrong with Black on Black, at least on a LT1. I dont think I would to it to an LS1, those taillights are nice. If your going to replace it, just pick up a set of the 98-02s.

I'm not personally fond of the honeycomb look myself. Are the taillight pieces covers or actual lens replacements sealed on? Just covers I would assume...right?
