    WS6 Rear wheel spacers

    Hi guys,

I'm looking to bring the rear wheels out a touch at the back end, just to improve the looks/stance of the car.

My question is, how much of a spacer can I get away with? I know there isn't that much room!

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

I don't think I would run a spacer unless you made up the width of the spacer on the wheel studs.

ive been to a lot of drag races and seen a lot of high powered cars run them.. some come with studs on them.. there will be a hole to connect spacer to axle.. and a stud to put the wheels on.. 2 sets of lug nuts are needed...ive only seen half inch ones idk how far you want to go.. ive been thinkin bout the same..

Thanks guys, I wasn't sure on the setup of the spacers.

I was only thinking about maybe 1/2 an inch to an inch, but was worried about stress on the remaining length of the threads.

Can you guys reccommend any spacers to use?

    Smile Wheel spacers

    Hi,

I own a 2002 WS6 TA, I wanted to use the corvette C6 rims that is 19" rear 18" front. The problem is they fit on the front but rub on the rear so what I did was purchase 2" spacer adapters they are made from billet Alum and have the studs built in. I was told by a local performance shop that I would not be able to run them at the drag strip, that they were not NHRA legal, well that was not the case I passed tech and raced. also I found a guy running a mustang with the same type I have and he is running over 800hp so I don't think we would have a problem. I have had them for over 6 month's.
