But in this case I wouldn't think twice about going for the sleek beak TA.
The funny thing is...I see way more WS6 cars than I do sleak beak TA's or Formula's. I do see alot of V6 birds though.

Thats for two reasons...first because they were more WS6 cars made than regular TAs & secondly a lot of plane TA owners add a Ram Air hood so they look like WS6s. And as for Formulas....they are just plane rare no matter how you look at it. There is about 1 Formula for every 9 TAs built. But even so its hard to tell a Formula from a V6 car in passing....just ask that poor bastard in a 03ish Mustang GT that tried to screw with my Firehawk this afternoon on the way home from work!

If this was a poll it would be 100% for the regular TA.

if you are condisidering the ws6 due to the handleing I would go with the regular ta. At 150000 miles chancesa are you need to replace alot of that suspencion anyway. My ws6 has about 100000 on it and I have replaced prettymuch all the suspension.

I just went through this situation. On Friday I bought a 98 Trans am convertable with a 6 speed for about 4 grand less then any ws6 that I could find locally. With the money saved I just bought the ram air hood!

Injectors on a Ws6 a 30lbs whereas the regular ta is 28 lbs

little known fact...i was told by a NHRA racer....more air more fuel....so if you tune the car take out torque management.....2000 Ws6 are know to run 13 flat..consistant without the 01 Ls6 intake mani and such.

Also it is a Ws6....i don't know aything else feels wrong....like i should be Italiamn and 5'5'' oh i am. lol

if the milage were down like 100k miles and well kept.....these are good machines...i've seen many in the 120 zone...never been touched.... and they ride drive a nd perform as new......120k miles ran 13.2 BONE stock auto WS6....imagine whata lid /tb catback and a stall and dr's would do...instant mid 12's add a 50 shot....11.99

i thought injector size depended on the year not base or ws6 :

    Click for full size
Same here. Wanted a WS6 just because, but way out of my range. Picked up my 99 for $6500 and added the WS6 hood as well. Not the real thing, but almost half the cost. Maybe try and keep my eyes peeled for the WS6 in the future if a deal comes up.
