Would i beat this?
1994 mustang with 302 motor in it doesnt look in the greatest condition but didnt get a good look at it and thats all the info i got outta the kid, he thinks everything he has is faster just cause he had it n he called camaros n trans ams are P.O.S. so i need to kick his ass so think i could? mods in the sig and should be addin headers within a week or 2?

I thought that 93 was the last year tha ford put the 5.0 in a Mustang. You have him by almost 100 hp, assuming that the ford 5.0 and the Chevy 5.0 run about the same.

Yea I think it was either 94 or 95 that was the last year of the 5.0 but still they are nothing stock

those are some of the slowest 5.0's they made.
although u dont need any of those mods, u should wait till u get headers on just so u can spank him as much as possible

no problem. when u hear someone say a 302, or a 305, etc.... it is the same as saying a 5.0 engine.
its just a different unit of measurement... like pounds and ounces...
350cubic inches = 5.7 liters (all approximated, but u get the jist of it)
to convert, multiply the liters by about 61 and u get the cubic inches.
its all measuring displacement, which is the volume inside the cylinders that the piston travels thru... (bore x stroke is like saying diameter times hight of the cylinder)
just to clear some stuff up

yea for example the lt1s are 350ci (actually the ls1 is 346, but close enough) which comes to 5.7liters.
the 4.6 ford v8s comes out to 289c.i., etc
