2000 Grand Prix GTP- 2000 Trans Am WS6 M6
Winter plans
What are you plans for the coming winter?
Mine...
- New GM Certified Carpet
- Wolfe 6-Point Roll Cage
- 6LE Racing Seats
- 5-Point Racing Harnesses
- Panhard Relocation Bar to make more room for my exhaust
- 3-Point SFCs...maybe, going to start another thread to see if this is a viable upgrade from my 2-point SFCs.
- Spohn K-Member
- Spohn Adjustable A-Arms
- Powdercoating Spindles
- C5 Front Brake Upgrade
- More Engine Bay Cleanup (keeping this part a secret because I want to surprise pajeff02 at the next Spazpalooza )
- Serious alignment...suspension upgrades will be done, so I want the suspension to be aligned perfectly, so I don't have to F**k with it again
- Cancer removal on underside...Por-15 ftw
- Actually finish the nitrous install. I've been slacking because the reason for me getting nitrous disappeared (Corvette friend sold his S/C), so I've had no incentive.2000 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 M6: 427ci LS3, Built T56, Moser 9" w/ 4.11 Gearing, Full Suspension, and 6-point Cage.
2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP: Twincharged w/ a T67 Turbocharger
2007 Chevrolet 3500 Dually Duramax: 3" Downpipe, Dual 4" Exhaust, EFILive Tuning

Keeping secrets? Now I am intrigued.
I just ordered a transmission cooler and plan on upgrading the transmission, torque converter, and replacing the rear main seal while everything is apart. May add a trans temp gauge somewhere. Other possibility is a UMI tubular K-member, motor mounts and front LCA's.

I don't have all the parts yet to do it. Plus the cash flow is not there either. You are safe from the motor swap. But I can't promise you about upgrading current motor....
I would go with the trans temp no matter what. What size stall have you been looking at?
Also what are front LCA's? Do you mean a arms?

A-arms. Not sure yet on stall... have to think about it a bit. The lowest would be 2,800 and the highest 3,600.
