    Window trim pulling out?

    Hey guys, how are you?

I have a question. I have a 2000 TA, and the outside window trim is pulling up when I put my window up. It appears one of the clips that should hold that down is broken. Has anyone else had to deal with this before?
Do I have to replace the whole trim, or can you buy just the clips somewhere?

    Thanks for any thoughts.

I need to take the door apart to fix a window motor, and a broken outside door handle, and now this trim piece. That door is falling apart.

It called belt moulding. I had to replace mine because I couldn't get it to re-secure to the door. I took the panel and mirror off the get the job done. Pretty easy, just be careful of the paint...The part is expensive too. I think I paid like $42 for it...

Ok thanks for giving me the name of it. Do you happen to remember where you bought your moulding at?
    Thanks,
    Mike

edit: 10284222 is the part number for the passenger side...

6SW00 - No I am talking about the outside of the door, the moulding against the glass keeps pulling out.

Bombhunter - great thanks for the information. I will get that ordered and replace that when I do the motor and doorhandle.

    Thanks!
    Mike
