why is my ws6 so slow???

    Here's how I got my bone stock '99 T/A to run a 13.46 @ 103 w/ 1.99 60' on stock GSC's.

    Popped the gas cap to reset timing. No reving on startup. No burnout. No brake torqueing. A4 in 3rd. Lazy left foot on the brake after staging. Ready right foot on the gas. Mashed it to the floor on last yellow.

    Just practicing for green light starts on the street...

    Im actually looking into a predator seeing as though I can't really afford HPtuners. I currently have a Hypertech and I will tell you first hand, its not worth the money. I just have it because the previous owner of the car gave it to me in the deal.

    huh? what do u mean pop gas cap to reset timing? i never rev on start up beccause the engine is still cold!!

    Read over the thread, one other factor that is missing is the humidity, the more water in the air the less air in the motor and the cooler the burn, factor in humidity and do the conversion I bet your air temps were closer to the mid 80s.

    ah ok thanks for the imfo, lol the guy that was trying to sell the hypertech said that it was amazing how the car preformed with it, he said man that car was scary to drive with the tune in it

    Yea hes full of crap, the predator has more noticeable power differences than the hypertech. The hypertech didn't really make any difference in performance for me.

    im gunna say that 80 degrees doesnt help to much, also humidity sux ass.. ull do better trust me
