where is the cheapest place to get a ram air hood

I am looking to get a ram air hood for my 99 Trans am and was wondering where is the cheapest place to get a hood that also fits well. I have seen them for as low as $300 on ebay for after market ones but I wonder how well those fit? let me know where you guys got your and if any one has the hook up.

i have purchased after market ram air hoods before "the cheap ones" and they suck assssss save up the money and go with a good one, or try and find a used OEM one on craigslist or something like that its worth the money..SLPONLINE.com has some bad ass hoods but they are pricey..the ram air hood is the focal point of the car not something u wanna go cheap on..good luck, btw i just saw a used oem firehawk hood on craigslist locally in az for 500

oh yea look at member " goose_von " his hood is f'm sweet like a mix of ws6 and firehawk and he said he got his on slponline.com...i reallllly WANT that hood lol

I know how that is. therea a guy here in Houston that has a factory Ws6 hood he is trying to sell me for $900 that seems a little high right?

unless its mint condition and already the color you need.. im honestly not sure what an OEM hood goes for...but it does seem a little steep

are you a member on ls1tech???if so they VFN is having sales on all their hoods..very good deal..a bolt on ws6 hood is 400 and pin on ws6 is 300...deal is good through next friday...ill be calling first thing monday morning and ordering mine
