    wheel bust?!

    Ok, I really have no clue at all what's wrong with my 01trans am now!! I'll hit the brakes and its like my rim(passanger front)will fall out of place and now my caliper is now rubbing against the rim....

    I would think you would've noticed a wheel bearing failing, as they tend to be quite noisy for a while usually. As mentioned in the other thread, I would jack it up, which should make things quite obvious as to where the problem is located. If the wheel is solid, remove it and check the brake caliper. You may be missing a bolt.

    yeah, i was thinking bolt, it looks like the bottom one worked its way out, considering the rotational direction of the rotor, itd push the caliper out like that
