whats this worth?
Im thinkin about buying this firehawk in a month or so. they are asking $14,800 with 87k on the clock. I know hawks are numbered cars and all so is it worth the $14,800 or should i haggle with them?? heres what they told me about it.

There would be a lot fewer people on this forum if they skipped the A4's. And a lot of F-body's just sitting collecting dust. That's just retarded.

nothing if all you do it drag race or you're a pansy that can't drive a stick shift..
I prefer manual transmissions because I’m smarter than my transmission, and hence I like to have the control over it at all times. I can see what’s coming up in the road so I know when to shift before any automatic transmission would. Automatic transmissions are also heavier, but the main reason I would never drive and automatic is you lose the ability to heal toe your downshifts and hence automatics are inherently slower around any road course or auto cross.
I’m sure people will try to argue the merits of automatic transmissions but in the end the same driver in identical cars except one is manual and one is automatic the manual transmission car will turn in faster laps EVERY TIME.

This thread isn't about discussing the pros/cons of automatic versus manual transmissions. The OP what a the value of a car is worth. Any further debate about manual versus auto trannies in this thread is going to result in warnings being handed out.

im a member on the firehawk.org site ( where i found the car for sale )..price seemed kinda high to me also..i went to NADA but they didnt let me choose the mileage or options on the car just said something like $15,700 right away...and i dont think KBB has the firehawk option...im just wondering what would be a fair price for the car. I know its a numbered car but 87k miles is high for a hawk. so i believe someone already said like $12-13k..would that be more fair or would it be more in the $10-11k range?
