The only thing louder then the SLP Loud Mouth I is open headers. Buy an electric cut-out if you want it louder than that. Or, if you get headers it will also be louder, however, certain header brands with the LM1 sound real raspy.

You could just get a cut out from summit for like $30 and then get it installed for like $20 at a muffler shop and open it and that'll be louder. I think.

not so much header brands but long tubes vs shorties.... kooks isnt going to be noticably louder than pacesetters for instance

I meant that if he has stock manifolds now, and he wanted it louder then LTs would make it louder.

I have heard folks talk about catless LTs being louder than catted LTs. If it is true, then the OP should go catless with a Flowmaster catback. This is IF the OP doesn't have to worry about emissions or noise laws.

But he doesn't have LTs or at least he didn't mention that he had them. Are you suggesting he just removes the cats and keep his stock manifolds and change his LM1 resonator to a Flowmaster muffler (not sure this will even work)? Or replace the whole catback?

Do you know if there is a sig difference between the LM1 and LM2?

I only ask because I have the LM2 with LTs and my shit sounds awesome and I get compliments on it from numerous people every time I take it out. It doesn't sound raspy at all as I have heard plenty of raspy sounding exhaust set-ups.

Either change the whole catback or remove the LM resonator and put in a test-pipe and run no muffler. Could work if the OP doesn't want another catback, but his ears will ring after driving.

A cutout could work as well, just make sure it clears speed bumps.

If the OP plans to go with LTs, and he isn't concerned with emissions, catless could work with the LM catback.

There are many options...just depends on how much $$$ OP wants to spend. IMO, the test-pipe is the most reasonable. If the car is TOO loud with no resonator/muffler, then he can swap the resonator back in.

I've been reading about electic cutouts and im pretty intrested in getting them. If i do get them im going to get dmh or qtp. Ive heard mixed feelings about qtp though.

You will most likely need 1 cutout as the F-bodies have one pipe. I have heard good things about both DMH and QTP, but I think I have heard DMH has a longer warranty on the motor. Don't quote me on that.
