What does A4 and M6 stand for?
I have been reading the posts on this site, and I am not sure what the A4 and M6 stand for. Can anybody help me?

Transmission type
A4 - Automatic 4 speed
M6 - Manual 6 speed

Black, Blue- 07 TBSS, 07 GSXR1000
A4 is a 4 speed automatic transmission and M6 is a 6 spd manual transmission.

yea it took me a while to get to know ALL of the abbreviations...
like s/c is supercharged, t/c = turbocharged
h/c = heads and cam
etc. dont be afraid to ask. i asked about every one of them

and some are are color abbreviations. thos confused the hell out of me until i realized they were just colors. like n.b.m (navy blue metallic) or h.o. (hugger orange) shit like that

Yeah abbreviations are confusing but once you get to know them it makes the conversations and typing so much quicker and easier.
