    What to do about TA and the incoming hurricane

    okay, so i'm pretty anal with my new bird...i get pissed at water spots...and my car cover that keeps flapping off in the wind exposing to sun bleach and bird shit...u guys got any good ideas for hurricane protection? i have the car cover....which would most likely fly into the next state...i guess just dont park around trees eh?

    buy a tarp with metal groments, get decently thick rope and tie the shit out of it, the cover wont blow off with the tarp over it tied down

    How close are you to New Orleans? If it were me I'd try to get my car in a garage or just get it out of the area.

    Find a parking deck take it almost to the top, and park it there. Hopefully you will be atleast 20 to 30 ft off the ground, and safe from major damage.

    hey, no worries on flood dmg...i'm in shreveport...and its not predicted to hit new orleans area this time...its coming for the left side of the state and going up...or atleast thats the last i heard...my main concern is wind related dmg.

    predicted is the key word. Direction could change a bit

    Yeah that's probably a good idea...get it in the center away from the openings and up a few levels in case of flooding.
