D'awww...look at the cute wittle bwaby cam

I'm just messing with you man..those lift and duration numbers should give you some nice power (and sound).
Lol. I went with a mid cam since I have never had a cammed car before. I may go bigger if I after a while I want more.

Installed a carbon fiber hood. They only sent me three screws to put in the tunnel grilles, so that will have to wait for the weekend. The fitment is amazing. a little off on driver's side, but I'm going to see if a little warmth and sunlight takes care of it. If not, I'll just lower the hinge bracket on the driver's side.

Looked at it, decided the pollen had laid a nice layer on it, whipped it down, drove it around the block and put it away. Damn pollen it taken over the world up here!

I got my painted LS6 intake installed. Trying to decide what I want to paint next. I'm thinking of doing the valve covers the same blue and the coil packs gloss black

Got it inspected and tags renewed. Legal on the road for the first time in a year.

Also found out my 2 of my driver side passenger wheel lugnuts were not tightened down all the way and one was stripped. Sounded like the rear tire/wheel was going to come apart on the road. Took it to discount tire a week ago to rotate and balance the wheels. Glad to see their work standards are so high.

^^ That would seriously piss me off. There is a very limited list of people on this planet that are allowed to go anywhere near my cars with a tool in their hand. Were you able to get the stripped one off?

I had a shop once that didn't tighten my wheels on enough and one fell off while they were moving it....I still have the bent studs from it. It was in the back so I will be replacing them with Moser longer studs.

On another note I picked up some ws6 wheels I am going to use as racing wheels. I am going to attempt to get them to fit over my brembos, I have seen it done. By just measuring it looks like they may fit with little grinding.

same thing happen to me, I caught it a mile down the road. Turned around and made them fix it. Got lucky because I was fixing to get on the interstate.

so from that point on I always carry a lug wrench in the cars, and check in their parking lot.
