Vaccuum Leak. Manifold hose
Where does this hose go? Its coming from the back of the manifold and i dont know where it connects to back there..

that is either the line to the AIR........or to the HVAC........if it leads to the pass side.........its HVAC

nooo where does the other end connect to? that side is connected to the back of the manifold

that T you see in the pic......with a black rubber angled nipple......and a hard line.......is the line for the AIR....the other end of that T goes to the HVAC nipple that is in your pic

oops..........unless it is the other end of the HVAC line that connects to the the nipple somewhere by the HVAC on the firewall........so which is it....the firewall side or the back of the manifold side?...........ah silly me..........re read your post.......i will get a pic of the firewall side for ya tommorrow

i just checked the back of my intake it is a 98 with the ls1 intake still on it and i only felt the vacuum line for the hvac i didnt feel another one for the air system. Is there a difference in the years for the ls1 intake? Also i removed the air system when i did headers on it.

Ok that still isnt what im talking about, that part is fine and connected.. Its the small hose that looks similar to that but runs out of the back of the intake manifold... Where does this end connect to?

that blue weatherpack thingy is the AIR selenoid......there are 2 nipples on it......one goes to the hockey puck lookin thingy right behind it(not shown in pic).........the other goes to that hard line in the pic

there are only 2 lines running off of that T......either AIR or HVAC

this is the hockey puck thingy....it bolts on the back of the head with the bracket..........you can see the other hard line on it
