Just what the subject line says who would win between a stock automatic ws6 and a stock wrx???? Just curious

If it's not an STI it won't even be close. The WRX can get the jump off the line due to the AWD if they launch at red line, but that's about it.

The STI version is the 300HP one with the really big wing and gold wheels. It's much faster than the regular WRX (225HP), but still won't beat the Trans-am in a longer race.

I've taken an Sti from a 25-30mph roll up to about 125 or so. Had him by about 4 cars. Mine is a 6-speed though and there were a few curves.

If its a stock STI and stock T/A...Idk if you will take him, if its a 1/4 mile race he will take you by about half a car but if its a little longer then that you will pull him in, but I might be off cuz I raced one at the track when I was almost stock, and he had exhaust and maybe more and he ran a 14.3 when I ran a 14.5 so he won by a nose he was going 96mph when I was going 98mph so in the long run you will run him down...The 1/4 mile times are low cuz we were racing at 5800 feet up...
