    Towing....with my Trans Am?

So I ride a motorcycle, and the other day while at a "lot" where some guys were doing stunts I saw a guy have a small wooden trailer that could hold two motorcycles hooked up to his Grand Prix. Just crossed my mind then that I could tow my motorcycle (breaks down/etc.) then with my Trans am, or can I? How much can a Trans Am safely tow, and can you legally just build a trailer or do you have to buy a pre-made one?

Someone recently posted a pic of a Trans Am pulling a boat. I have purchased all the towing stuff for our truck through e-trailer. Here's a link to the hitch you would need: Trailer Hitch for 1995 Pontiac Firebird | etrailer.com Has a 200 pound tongue and 2,000 pound overall capacity. Should easily pull a cycle trailer.

We have a steel trailer that will haul three (3) motorcycles. I think we paid around $550 for it new several years ago. I highly recommend an aluminum trailer though as it will weigh less and rust is never an issue. You can check out the different styles here: Motorcycle Trailer, Motorcycle Trailers, Motorcycle Accessories,Motorcycles, cargo trailer, pull behind ,Motorcycle Loader, motorbike Harley Davidson, for sale Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki,Suzuki, Ducati, save money on Gas Fuel, trailers for ATV, Quads,Jet

Your car will be limited by the weight of what you tow more than anything else. I would make sure you keep the tongue weight down, stock suspension isn't designed for towing heavy weight. Other than that, I think you'd be alright.

I usually tow with the truck. I was planning on taking the jetski to NC this summer and i figured 25mpg is alot better than 14-15

this thread is cracking me up, anyways sok915 can you post a picture up close from behind of your setup? I would ideally like it to be "hidden" when I don't have the hitch/ball (I don't know the technical term sorry) hooked up and want to know if you can still see the bars/etc that is bolted up to the Trans Am.
