    Torque Thrust II

Does anyone have any pictures of the American Racing Torque Thrust II wheels on a trans am preferably a black trans am. I was looking at some 17x9.5 for the front and i cant decide whether i should get 17x11 or 18x11 for the back. My car is lowered with the pro kit and its a tough decision for which size i should get for the rear. Any help would be appreciated also where would be best place to buy these thanks!

18x11 is a custom size and will be pricey. Get the 17x9.5 & 17x11 combo that has the proper backspacing for our cars, bolt up, and enjoy! I bought my 17x9.5's from a local place (bought 4) and picked up the 17x11's last summer at Amazon!

    Click for full size
What is the offset on your rims, the shop i went to is saying 5 weeks for the build anyways so i mind as well go 18's (if and only if they even look nice compared to the 17's) Your setup looks nice, what are your offsets?

It's the 4.75" BS, pretty much the only size that works on Fbodies unless you have a narrowed rear. I can tell you that if you want to go 18", do it all the way around...there is something about the 18" that changes the proportions slightly over a 17" and they get a little mismatched when staggered.

Yea i've been thinking long and hard about whether i should go 17 or 18. It just seems as if it is better to go with the 17, I prefer the look and its staying with the stock rim size. Also they might start to look too big in 18, for some reason torque thrust seem good in 17 where as other rims seem small. So you went 4.75 all around?

Not to mention 18's will weigh more, making the car slower, have less sidewall for traction, and cost a lot more.

Not sure how set you are on the 2's, but i believe the TT M series comes in a 11" width, not 100% on that, and look very simaller to the TTII's, just a little "pointier"
