Thumbs up "a tip of the hat" to steve williams / tuned by frost

Too many times we take things for granted and don't take the time to appreciate the vendors whom we're doing business with and how they got to where they are.
This past week I overnighted my PCM down to Frost to be re-calibrated for my new Kooks Long Tubes and High Flow Cats. Because I was in a hurry, I merely put the full amount of a "new" mail order tune and asked that he refund me back the difference after the retune and shipping charges. He did so immediately and zapped back my PCM. I sent it out Thursday and got it back Saturday. Good service, right ?
Also on Saturday I received an email from Steve stating that he had, by mistake, overcharged me for the return shipping and I will have a second credit on my next statement. I think it is in the neighborhood of $11.00.
To me, that says volumes about his dedication to customer service and his desire to do "the right thing" for his clients. I never would have known the difference one way or the other had he not told me. That's a stand up guy and the type of person you want to give your business and referrals to. Not to mention the fact he has quality service and terrific products.

We are very fortunate to count Steve as a member on here. He really does a great job and as you pointed out, he's always been a stand up guy to deal with.

I've been on his dyno twice for two different builds in my Trans Am, and I will be going back to him two more times, one for my new fuel setup on the T/A and one for my GTP's new engine setup.

Awesome, knowledgable and freaking hilarious guy. I will never go to another tuner for any GM car I own.
