The miles on it would be the deal breaker on this, over 100k its too much money, but if its under 75k and its about right price wise.

Even with knowing that the vehicle has been completely gone through by a GM mechanic you know and trust with everything but the engine new (less than 10k on it). Even the engine was pulled, checked out, and all new seals and gaskets put in.That to me seems better than a unknown condition vehicle with 75k on it.

I just wanted to stop back by and thank everyone for the information and advice about the TA. After working out the deal with Jimmy, his wife was hesitant about selling it (she bought it for him for his 20th anniversary... how awesome of a wife is that???). As I was waiting to hear back from him, I kept searching other vehicles and came across a sweet deal on a car I have wanted since I first saw them, A Lotus Elise.... I worked a deal with the dealership that had it, and flew to North Dakota last Friday and picked her up. Loving it so far. Thanks again for the help and advise...

Well that is certainly a complete change of plans. How about some pics and details on the Elise?

Cause of most of my problems was the connections of the pcv system at the rear of the motor. They melted apart at the rear and at the throttle body. Very poor design and causes plug fouling. Window motors and radio are on the same circuit on the bcm and tend to go out from time to time but you can resolder the connections for a fix.
