TCS isn't working
I actually bought the car with the traction control not working. They said it was a saftey issue and they were going to fix it for me, but instead they gave me $200 off the purchase price. other than that the car is dang near perfect.
Anyway, I was wondering what is the most common problem when the tcs stops working. I think it might be the switch but i am not sure. When i start the car up the light in the dash (TCS OFF) comes on, and when I push the switch nothing happens. Also, when I turn on my headlights the switch lights up red like it is supposed to.

My buddy actually had this problem also!! Only he did his on purpose so that when he wanted to race he didn't have to keep turning it off. He DID alter the switch someway but i am not sure what he did. I will get back to you on that.

i think you are talking about that thing that turns tcs off when you first start your car. But you can still turn it on by pressing the switch. My switch does nothing. TCS is off all of the time.

Your lucky man, you dont need it. Use your natural TCS system, your foot. The TCS system does nothing more than piss me off when I forget to turn it off. I need to get that SLP reversal Mod. I thought it would help me when it got icy here, kept killing the car cuz it was pushing my foot up. Car does great in that stuff BTW, way better than I expected. Gotta love torque arms.

I wouldn't use the tcs. But just the fact that something is broken in my car bugs me. I will check the fuse. But I think it might be a bad switch.

i'm glad mine didn't come with it...but you could check the switch. if you can figure out the polls (i've never seen one apart) then you could jus use a wire and go between the two polls. jus make sure you have the right ones...

I've got the same issue as you, Ryanater. Let me know what you come up with, I'm not too worried about mine though
