Tail light covers:

Well the other day I got to thinking.. I was sitting behind a Dodge at a stoplight, and I looked at his brake lights and they had the signature Ram head in a black plastic overlay on his red tail lights. Everytime his turn signal clicked one on, it just caught my eye. Has anyone ever made any firebird logos for our tail lights? I think it would look pretty cool.. Or maybe one wing on each? Thoughts?

One wing would look cool, but you'd be completing with the honeycomb design...might not work.

There's gotta be a way to get rid of the honeycombs? I should get a trashed set of tail lights to mess around with.

mmh that would look waaay to tacky, even for me, our taillight have honeycombs, thats cool in itself

they make one for the 3rd light but not the big ones. you could play with the rev. light's and see what you come up with.

I think the honeycombs are silkscreened/painted on the inside of the 'sealed' rear light assembly. A person would have to separate the 'sealed/fused together' assembly, remove the honeycomb paint, and then 'reseal' the assembly. Sounds like way too much work for those effects that you are desiring. Have you ever considered the sequential taillight option?
