Suspension on WS6
What exactly is the difference between the ws6 suspension and the regular T/a suspension???
I heard that its just the sway bars? Are there different control arms, or bushings, etc...???

bigger sway bars, Different shock valving, harder bushings, higher rate front spings, steering cooler & quicker steering ratio. I think everything else is the same. IMO it still leaned like a grocery getter stock.

IMO, I think the suspension on the WS6 is not as good as it could have been from the factory. My old 80 turbo pace car ws6 handled a hell of a lot better than my 2000 ws6. The ride on the newer ones are very stiff, feel every bump in the road, and it does lean...............

Actually, the only thing different is 32" sway bar instead of 30", 17" wheels instead of 16", and ram air hood. Shocks, bushings, etc.. are all the same. Power steering cooler can come as an option on regular TA, I have one.

Red Trans Am man is partially correct. By the end of the production years (2000+), those were really the only differences (though I think it's a 32mm sway bar, not a 32" sway bar... ).
In the earlier years they supposedly had more differences in the shocks & bushings...- 2002 Trans Am WS6 -
