Yea you have pretty much all set but yea consider getting lower control arms and relocation brackets and suspension is real easy to swap out man, hardest thing you might run into is a stuck bolt and for the suspension work that your gonna do its just basic tools and nothing special required except maybe a cheater bar you should save your money to get a 12 bolt or a 9 inch

Just got my car back from having the panhard bar and relocation brackets done. I can definitely tell that the car hooks up better, and it now barks the tires into third. Everything feels much tighter and the car feels planted to the ground when I take off. I definitely suggest the relocation brackets to the OP if you are gonna lower it.

    Goals for the car?

    Street/Drag
Keep the drag bar and torque arm and add relo brackets.

    Street/Cornering
Switch drag bar & torque arm for 35/22 sway bars and relo brackets.

    No where else my friend.
You've got some time if Sam's out of stock on his springs, so you've got a couple of months. get your order in now tho and he wont charge your account until the order is filled.

I never said he said wheelie bar. Do you know what a drag bar is? It's a very stiff sway bar used for drag racing. Frankly it doesn't make much sense putting one of these on a car not set up for dragging. ie. QA1 shocks etc....

Calm down there killer...I wasn't even commenting on what you stated.

Someone else in the thread mentioned about pulling the wheels off the ground.

    And yes, I do

No worries buddy. I agree with you though about the QA1's for drag racing. Koni's are for street handling.

ok so i should just go with the normal sway bar and not the drag bar? i want to car to be street/drag but i want it to hook up well on the takeoff. i plan on running 3.73s and i want grip. im going to keep the stock rear till i get enough money for an aftermarket one i dont plan on running anymore than 400 rwhp to the car when its all said an done. and yes i was looking at the aftermarket lower control arms also

From how I understand a sway bar works, it is more geared at making your car come off the line straight during a hard launch. It controls body roll. I don't think a sway bar will help you with traction that much.

Torque arm, LCA relocation brackets, LCA's will make a bigger impact in that department.

Oh and tires! Beware if you're running the stock 10 bolt.

also might want to save the STB for last or use that cash for something else.

    Thanks,
    Mark
I would agree about the STB. I got mine used and didn't notice a thing. Glad I didn't pay full price. You can only get strano springs from strano. All the other suspension stuff you can order from mark at kyspeed. Great guy with great prices.

I have only umi products on my car and I couldn't be happier.
