Oh man dude, i'm sorry. I'd hunt them down and mate them to a baseball bat. Its one thing to mess with a man, but messing up his Vehicle, his pride and joy, thans just pure evil. Find them and beat them til they quit moving, then kick em in the head just to make sure they understand not to do it again.

That realy sucks a@!. If you havent started it up then you might be ok with what you have already replaced. If you ran it then be prepared to replace the injectors as well. and you may even have to replace the fuel lines and regulator. Pretty much everything that the sugar came in contact with.

This is what one of my german friends does when someone owes him money. Option.

Okay, he's not really german, but we joke about it.

I think the first mod I did on my car was a locking gas cap... like less than $20 at O'Rielly's Auto Parts. by the way sorry to hear that

Nope, don't worry about it. The did this urban legend on Mythbusters. I love that show. Sugar does not dissolve in gasoline, and filters prevent any solids in the fuel from getting into the engine, so it is likely to remain intact in the gas tank. The only harm you can hope to inflict by putting sugar in someone's gas tank is the inconvenience of a trip to the mechanic to replace the fuel filters and clean out the tank.

That's the first thing I did. Bought the locking gas cap at O' Reillys for around $12.

I actually had someone try to still some gas from my gas tank, WITH the locking gas cap on! I can see where they tried to pry on it, they got nothing but I did turn my alarm all the way up so if you fart next to it you'll DEF get an ear full

    NavyblueWS6 is right.

First hand experience right here bud.

Started seein the hottest stripper in town and I guess her Ex didn't like it. Had an 84' Camaro at the time.

I was puttin gas in my tank one night, and it was at that time of year when it was just gettin warm enough, where allllllll of the snow was gone. So why then was I looking at what seemed to be ice/snow around the gas fill neck?

I dabbed my finger on my tounge, tasted a sample...sure enuff...sugar. Said to myself, alright some ass put sugar in my tank, well, the car is running alright, guess either they didn't get enough in, or it doesn't really effect it that much.

Well, about two weeks after that discovery (mind you I got a lockin cap the next day) I started stallin out about every two blocks, with each passing day, that distance got shorter. I dropped the tank, and the "sock" filter which mounts around the fuel inlet tube was completely encrusted with sugar so that there was very little gas that could pass through.

I brought the tank down to a radiator shop where they boiled it out, I had to get a new sending unit too and a new inline fuel filter. Put everything back together and the car ran just fine after that.

So if your car starts stallin out, you can be sure that's what it is.

My current car...first thing it got was a Stant locking gas cap.
