If your talking about just the SLP lid...then yes, you can use it with the sleak beak hood.

Just get a Lid (any will do)
The raised airbox will show no benifit on a non Ram Air car plus it won't clear the hood anyway.

I had a cold air intake and a throttle body space. Ran that for 6-8 months. I recently got the SLP lid and put it back together, mainly because of show season. Like night and day. Doesnt have the seat in the pants pick up. I still have the cold air setup, but since I dont race I will let it gather dust. But if you want power, night and day, cold air.

    For the best performance

If you want the best performance improvement, combine an aftermarket air lid with our Fast Toys Ram Air Kit (FTRA). It brings in cold air from the high pressure spot under the vehicle and routes it up into a sealed air box.

People typically see 1-1.5 MPH improvement in the quarter mile, better throttle response and better fuel economy.

You can check out our web site for more info. We also manufacturer the highest flowing air lid on the market as well

Rain is fine. You just want to avoide puddles deep enough to immerse the chin spoiler (which is really deep). The FTRA also comes with a block off plate to disable the kit if you want to be 100 % back to stock set up for really bad weather.
