So what's gonna break next...
So I traced the code p0102 that poped up after the tune, my eng sen fuse blew. So I changed it, now the car is running like crap! No power, and stalls on a stop if I don't feather the throttle. So what's wrong now??? Well I'm going to trace my o2 wires looking for burns, how do I know if the actually o2 sensor went bad? I'm also doing the ls6 pcv conversion with catch can, and I'm finally scrapping my k&n filter. I'm also still leaking oil, I changed the rear main, rear cover gaskets, valve covers, knock sensors and plugs and harness...still leaking. what else near the top of the motor could leak? Hoping to fix the maf sputter, and oil leak this weekend. any suggestions???
LS1, SLP lid, SLP MAF, bilstein HP shocks, SLP longtube/tuned headers and loudmouth exhaust, built 4L60E w/ transgo shift kit, true ram air, ported TB, LS6 intake, LS6 PCV w/ catch can, FAST fuel rails, LCRB, sub-frame connectors, wide-band O2.

opsu could be leaking. To try and save some money they have a dye you put in the oil that illuminates with a black light that makes it easier to spot leaks. Could save you from shot gunning it to find problems.

Car parts store. Just because it is new doesn't mean it can't leak, you put it on as is or use a sealer?

Would faulty o2 sensors make the car run like this? But no o2 code has poped up...

Hate to ask but did you plug the O2s in the correct harness? It is an easy mistake to make. I've put red electrical tape over them so I don't make it.
OPSU could have been cracked while installing it. The hose that connects to the break booster can easily snap it. I'd check again.
Also your SLP MAF might also be a culprit. Bad MAF = running like poo. I'd switch back to OEM MAF.

Allright, fuel pressure is great, o2's are In the right place with correct extensions, I'm gonna check for burns though. I will also check the opsu when the intake comes off. And once its all done, ill replace the maf if necessary.

Well I say great, but what are you guys running for pressure at the rails? I'm between 90 and 92 ( electric sending unit with digital gauge.)

You should have 58 psi of fuel pressure at an idle at the rail.

You can check the opsu without taking off your intake, you can snake your arm back there just right and feel all around it for oil, I was able to and my arms aren't skinny

I had 60 psi before I switched sending units. I wonder why the new unit reads so high.

allright, so i replaced the o2 sensors, fixed some burnt wires, and replaced the eng sen fuse. maf is still good. then i moved onto the intake, pulled it off, replaced the valley cover were i found a bunch of oil leaking out of the passenger side rear corner of the gasket....how oil got above the gasket to leak out im not sure, since i tourqued all the bolts to specs last time i put it on. regardless, i cleaned it all up and replaced the cover with the LS6 version to rid my PCV system. i also found my knock sensor wireing harness all tangled up underneth the intake, replaced that with both knock sensors. put it all back together and plumbed in the catch can to go with the PCV, everything is working great, and the car is running very good. hopefully this will be the end of my problems. but ill keep you guys posted. thanks for the help!

When you removed the PCV tubing where there any cracks or tears where it splits? This and where the PCV is itself are two common areas for vacuum and oil leaks.Another thing if your KS wire harness is not in the correct position it will interfere with the tightening of the Intake Manifold. I used some tape to hold it into position.
