I would tell you what's wrong with your car but if I did you'd be driving 150mph on public roads.

what mods have you done to your car? If your o2's are out, and you have stock manifolds, you may aswell buy some headers and new o2's...ya know, since you'll be in there n' all =)

Knowing the codes it is throwing would help us help you. Are you saying all 4 sensors are showing low voltage? Have you scanned the car to see what is going on? A code will tell you which sensor, which bank etc....and help you narrow it down,,,so you don't have to spend funds unnecessarily.
On the other hand,,,the front pair of 02 sensors are considered regular maintainance type items anyway,,,they don't last forever and need replacing from time to time. They could be getting lazy.

yea its throwing... both front and both after the cats... i went to my auto zone they plug it in for free and tell you wat it is.... they all say low voltage..

Low voltage on all 4? Well you have me stumped. That would lead me to think a wiring problem of some sort. I would have to break out the GM manual and start going through diagnostic procedures.
