I picked up smoked side lenses from ebay as well as my LED 3rd brake light.

Cam question - going to need more info.

    Are cylinder heads a possibility?

If not the most common cam recommendation for stock heads/intake and still have decent street manners while giving a bump in HP/TQ is a 228 cam with a LSA of 114ish for Auto and 112ish for M6. You could get 112 for auto if you want more of that lobe sound.

That's a pretty steep cam for a 5.7. Meaning you'll be checking your valve springs every 20k miles and in addition you'll need some serious valve springs. That cam would be more beneficial for a 6.0 liter block that's been bore out to 403/408 ci. It looks like it's design for track use, it wouldn't have very good street manners meaning if you still want to cruise around it's not going to like it because it just wants to run not crawl....

To give you an idea of how steep it is my Polluter stg 3 cam in my 403ci is 239/244 .635"/.610" 111+3 LSA (Martin change mine to this LSA because I'm a M6, normally it's 111+2 for A$'s) Power band 3000-7000 rpm. Can handle 250 Nitrous. It's a good came designed for stock bore LS2's that works very well in stock bore LS1's as well however is not quite enough for my 403. My hold back in making more pwr is the stock 243 heads I have. Once I get some aftermarket heads I'll get a new cam that will benefit with the heads.

The T-rex cam is 242/248 110 LSA with a .608/.612 spring height 3500-6700 RPM Power Band. The less LSA the more chopper it's going to sound.

Are you talking about the fuse box covers?

If so check out emblempros. They sell covers that has the fuse placement and labeled. Plus they sell a lot of other stuff for under the hood.

It's where I got mine for my fuse boxes.

Now if you're just wanting something to replace the stock cover, a junkyard or transamcreations would be your best bet. I have yet to see sticker to replace them. I'd also be hesitant to use them because of fading or staining over time.
