Dale, your Formula is gorgeous and all, but its time for some new pictures with different back grounds.
But at least yours run.

Formy's used to have their own style hood.....
I still like the 4th gen formulas though. I like the no fills, debadged, clean look without the racer boy wing on the back. I think the front end looks much cleaner than the WS6 and the Trans Am. I'm not a huge fan of the WS6 hood, just looks like an afterthought. I do however like the Firehawk hoods as it seems to blend with the theme of the front end more.

that 70.5 hood was bad ass......I have a spare hood in my shed that if I ever learn how to do body work on I'm going to build my own interpretation of that hood. First time I ever saw one up close was when I was ~14 and went to a buddies house. His brother in law had his formula over there and I was in love. I want to do that ram air with a hood tach like my brothers 67 had. Just gaudy the shit out of it.

Thanks Orion, Those old formy hoods were one of the most effective ram air hoods back then, and they look good too.
Hey is that your Formula in the picture? That's sweet. I'd get rid of my wifes SS and stick her in one of those if I could find a good one. Just never could find a nice one forsale.

Pewter Metallic- 2000 WS6 Formula
Thanks 024mula, I like to think of it as "art" on wheels, liquid metal! I like the nose on the Formula better than on the Trans for some reason. Seams cleaner, plus I like the body looking more rounded along the bottom instead of with the aero kits. Just personal preference I suppose. Your's looks great too.

I thought I was the only one that likes the front end of a Firebird opposed to a Trans Am. Glad to meet you.

GM LeMans/Luxo Blue- 2001 Firebird Formula
Here's my 2001 Formula. Just got it repainted in the LeMans Blue that they used on the 2004-2007 Corvette.
