    shifting problem

I just noticed last night that it was really hard to shift into reverse and then this morning I noticed that it was really hard to shift to 1st and 2nd gear. Anyone know what it is?

Check the fluid level in your master Cylinder.

How many miles on the tranny?

Check the fluid level first but sounds like the sychros are going out.

just checked the fluid on the master clutch cylinder and it is good. Now i cant shift over to reverse without getting grinding. From what i believe the transmission hasn't changed so it should have 80,000 miles.

^ +1 A throwout bearing can make a grinding noise too.
