Shift Question
Ive been slowly taking care of an undercared-for car.....plugs..wires...oil...hp adds... and ive noticed that when i step on the throttle from 60 mph it downshifts really hard and makes a wierd "shimmy" sound.. The sound spelled out would go " rurppp" I was thinking.. fluid... filter and u joint... and then look at bushings... etc..
any help guys... or is it the upcomming failure of an a-4 transmission?
BTW this sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first snow of the winter!!

I would start with the basics with fluid changes and such and if it's still happening then more then likely it's internal and needing rebuilt.
