    sad day

i bought my 02 trans am last year with a baby step over 21K miles. it's by no means my daily but today I passed up the 32K mark. I find it sad how many miles I put on in one year. Anyways I got this car to enjoy it so I've obviously enjoyed it. This year my bird gets full exhaust and SFC's among other things....VERY EXCITE!

100% agree!! The only way I keep a car with supper low miles is if I knew from the start I intended to sell it later in life for some serious $$$. Other then that I'd drive the hell out of it.

Just over 3,000 miles in 18 months of ownership. Our car is also parked for about 5 months each winter.

haha dont remind me!!!! the car gets stored from november-april because of the new york winters and the car has NEVER been driven in rain/snow/fog/haze etc. only time that car comes out is when the t-tops can come off......or when i need to impress a girl on the first date

I do not care for heat or humidity -- but the allure of being able to drive our play cars year round might just convince me to go south someday.

heat and humidity is iminent here in houston during the summer. but the spring and fall is awesome, even though they are short lived seasons here.

My 02 has low miles but they are hard miles, mostly 1/4 mile at a time... She's like a thoroughbred horse and loves to sprint hard.

I bought mine 6 yrs ago with 48,XXX miles. I have always stored it in the winter, never drive in rain and ALWAYS keep up on my oil changes, I sure do drive the hell out of her on nice summer days though. Last october before I stored it I hit the even 100,XXX mark. I was real bummed at first but after thinking about it I figured I bought it to drive. To me the 100,000 mile mark is like ripping off an old band-aid, it hurts at first but after that its all good.
