    its not, but you can always dremel out the holes but make sure you leave knotches for the screw that are soppose the hold the grilles and also holes on the bottom so air goes to the intake. and in the back i think the original has like vents like 3/4 inch holes to relese air and keep your hood from blowing off at high speeds.
