Thanks!! I actually rattle canned the first time I did the CETA mod. I wet-sanded it very lightly with not so rough paper (I can't remember exactly what I used) but I didn't primer it and I had dumps when I did it so I had no trouble with exhaust tips in the way. After I did the black on it, I did put several coats of clear though, also rattle can clear Then I had the car repainted so the rattle can job is long gone but it still looked great with the rattle as you can see.

    Rattle can job:

All T/A's have that monster, aggressive look naturally, but what makes them look even better is the "Full CETA MOD" treatment at first i was just gonna do the rear bumper, but i thought to myself doing the sail panel (roof panel) would spice it up a bit so i decided to do the sail panel and i love it

Well, the rattle can job looks great, and thanks for the info about the clear. The CETA mod looks great and makes it look like a completely different car!

My cover prior to installation. It's a flat going on satin color, but he got it to spray so that it actually feels like a seamless ABS textured plastic insert. Low and high res included (but taken on a camera phone).

Seems everyone is going to silver decals on MRM T/As. Personally I'm going gold (SGM-ish to match my door script) and just need to wait for my decals to be made...

i think the gold would match perfect with MRM,kinda reminds me
of the 50th anniversary Corvette,u remember that car? i was talking about the CETA style decals, but they didnt had to be silver

Yeah, and to be honest I never really saw a good high res pic until I googled it again just now. Thing is though every MRM car I see uses silver accents and decals (and not just CETA ones but reprint year correct decals and door script). I've yet to see a gold accented MRM, which the body shop owner thinks could benefit from a coach stripe and gold outline on the CETA fill. He does have some gold trim paint that he can match to SGM and made an offhanded comment of doing so since it would be a simple accent thing.

Whether or not it happens I'm not too sure. I want to fill my PONTIAC script on the bumper cover in gold but that or the outline on the CETA fill but with a gold filler decal may be overdoing it.
