To people that have driven an have owned both
a Camaro and TransAm. Which car did you enjoy more and which car did you felt performed.
P.S I know the car performence specs are basically the same.

I have owned a 98ss and an 02ws6. I loved them both. The only major thing I miss about the Camaro is the seats. Not because they are nicer but they were less plush. That gave a bit of extra leg room. At my height any extra room is good.
Other than that I never find myself missing any one thing.
Get the one you can get the best deal on. Or the one you think looks best.

My roommate has a 98 SS and I have a 00 WS6...pretty much the same to me (except for the exterior, obviously)

Owned each of 3rd gens and 4th gens... The 3rd gen 'Bird had more interior room than the camaro... and the 4th gen Camaro had more interior room than the 4th gen T/A..
"Felt mostly the same.. but in the 'Birds I felt like I am more in a jet cockpit which is cool... I will take the 'Bird over the Camaro anyday of the week.
