    OE Wheels

Im thinking about grabbing a set of the replica C4 Vette wheels wheels for my 2001 WS6

    Two questions:

Will the factory center cap from my stock wheels fit on these wheels?

What offset do I need? I have the original equipment size tires on the car?

    Thanks guys...

The OE wheels should have the same size that the C4 caps were, you’ll have to do some research on those.

As far as the offset goes, depends on the width of the wheel. I presume you are like looking at C4 ZR1 wheels; OE makes those wheels in multiple widths, and the width will dictate the needed offset.

One thing I have learned about OE Wheel replicas, they are not expensive because they do not use lightweight alloys, so you may end up with a heavier wheel than what is already on the car. If your not looking to gain performance (unsprung weight, pound for pound is more impacting than any other type of weight), and more in it for the looks, than you should be okay. I was looking for looks, and performance, so I ended up not going with OE Wheel brand, and just bought some good used factory wheels; actually got a deal where they cost less than a set of new OE Wheels wheels, so it turned out pretty well for me.
