    O2 Sensor Eliminator

I am having Hooker Headers and Borla Catbacks install on my 99 TA, LS1. The Performance Shop told me the "Check Engine Light" will stay on because it's not possible to buy O2 Sensor Eliminators anymore. Does anyone know where I can get one?

You can still get them, sorry can't remember who has them - someone will chime in. Or, you could just get the rear 02 codes turned off.

How do you turn the codes off? I asked the shop and they said that didn't think they could do it. Any direction I could give them?

Someone will have to have HP tuners, or LS1 edit and go into your PCM and turn the codes off. If you don't have someone local to you that can work on the PCM, you could get it done by a mail order tune as well.

Also wanted to thank everyone that helped me decide on which headers and Catbacks to go with! Any comments on my choice of Hooker Competition LT Headers and Borla Catbacks? Any ideas on the kinda HP increase I should realize? Can't wait to pick up the bird!

Does anyone know the website, address, or phone number to get the codes shut off? What information do they need?

Sorry I didn't get back on this one sooner. You would have to find someone local that was a tuner or mail your PCM off to someone that does mail order tunes. There are several people out there that do mail order tunes, I think pcmforless is one of them. Do a search for LS1 tuners on yahoo or google and you should find what you are after.
