thanks, appreciate it! i saw a thread on here a while ago about cleaning up the engine compartment with all the wires hanging all over the place. Could you lead me to the right direction? also would you go with an SLP lid or volant? and why? thanks!!!

Glad to help. I just did both mods to our car and it really cleans up the look of the engine bay. I have some before and after pics to post but have not loaded them on to my computer yet.

I went with the volant since it gives the engine bad a different look since everyone else I know had the lids. My only recomendation especially sonce you have a red car and a red strut bar would be what I did is get a k&n cleaning kit, it will change the blue filters to red once you clean and re oil them. I did it since all my suspension parts are red powercoat as well as the calipers and lettering. The blue filters looked outta place.
As far as exhaust tips depends what you like I got some corsa clones from afterthoughts auto which is a sponser on her for like $55 or just got to a local shop I had some nice oval tips my buddy that owns a Midas got me for $60 when I had my flowmaster muffler b4 I took it off when I did the headers and ory, was too raspy when the cats came off. Another nice look on formula's is dumping the exhaust under the car and getting rid of the tips all toghter, just depends what you prefer.Last edited by RyanJM; 03-29-2010 at 07:19 PM.

G'day and welcome. Nice car. Agreed on the Ohio meet soon - I'm down for it.
It's not how fast you can go. It's how fast you can get there.

I'm down S.E. of Columbus. I'll be up in the Cleveland area 04/10 for a saltwater reef coral frag swap.
