need help v6 to a LT1 awap
i have a 93 firebird adn im swaping out the 3.4 for an lt1 i have from an camaro what kind of conversion parts am i gonna need
anything helps

Here we go again.... if your going to be doing the work yourself (which i dont think so because you wouldn't be asking about what parts to do) its not worth it. In the long run its going to be cheaper to buy an LT1 car

i have all of that stuff
as in the posi rear end radiator dual fans and a 700r4 tranny i was just wonderin if any of you knew of any diffrent parts
and im also wonderin is everthinyg gonna bolt right together before i sttart and yes me ad my frindss are doing the whole sswap

Hell if I knew, im not sure that everything will bolt right up together but keep up updated, im interested to see the v6 to LS1 swap, try to get some before and after pix, this subject comes up quite a bit

ok i will for sure cuz i i got the camaro doner car for very cheap =]
and i already have my dics brake rear emnd in ther and i just got the lt1 pulled from the camaro and believe me that was not fun

If you have a doner LT1 car, then it should work. You will have to do some digging to see if the V6 and V8 interior body harness is the same. on the 99+ cars it is, 98 is also, but you cant use a 99+ harness on a 98 car. I'm not sure if you will run into that problem with the LT1. I would pull the Doner car wiring harnesses (all of them) and put them into your car. The axel, K Member, trans and stuff will all bolt into place. PM me in you need some assistance, I have done the 98 v6 to 98 LS1 Conversion.

ok i dont know when im gonna start tearing up my car but thanks for the info you have gave me and im really excited for this to happen
so basically i jsut need all the wiring and i should be good and i kno for a fact that everything will bolt up now its just the wiring thats gonna be the pain
