ok i'm looking at a 96 t/a vert the guy wants 9500 i would say hell no but heres a list of everything and tell me what you think its worth.

but still i've seen a 97 ss in better condition for 8500

Hey, what's the condition? Is it ragged out OR mint?? If it is babied, and I have a feeling it may be with 61,000 miles, then $9,000 is pretty darn close. Are the tires like new? I mean that adds $800 value right there.
