Need help on possible purchase

Right now im looking to buy a 2000 Trans Am with 67,000miles on it. Its a black M6 with monsoon stereo power everything and traction control. Overall car is very nice with no dings or scatches and clean title. The dealership wants 12,900 for it. Is it worth it? Any help would be great. Thanks

its in great shape in and out. im gunna head out to look at it by the end of the month when i actually get off work. its pretty far away from me so if i go there and it drives fine and everything seems to be in check ill get it. hopefully drop the price atleast a few hundred bucks. but thanks for the help guys
