if just a catback you are wanting them SLP loudmouth II or if you want to go all out exhaust you would go Longtube headers with off road Y pipe(meaning no catalitic converters on them with a loudmouth II

I have an SLP LM I on my car w/stock manifolds. Its LOUD when you first start it but then mellows out, but its not THAT quiet. It really roars at about 2000 rpms and if you take it through the gears to about 5500 rpms, it wails!

i bargain shopped on ebay for my headers an y pipe both stainless steel and have had no issues with them. I got everything i needed for my complete exhaust and corvette 02sensors with band clamps for 3 inch exhaust and PCM tune for around 1200 bucks.

The difference from LM1 and LM2 is the resonator has a different design that gets rid of some of the drone when you hit certain RPM ranges. I hear it is pretty bad with LM1 with full exhaust but i have LM2 so cant confirm. I enjoy my setup and get compliments all of the time.

I have an LM2 and I like it. It isnt too loud at idle but when you accelerate it is loud. Its not annoying when cruising on the highway either. I paid 389 for my cat back and I like it.

LM 1 is just an open resonator the LM 2 has a race muffler to be a little quieter. They're both priced the same.

From what I've gathered over a long while is that SLP cat backs will give the sound you're looking for (basically a non muffler set up) but with LT's and an ORY most don't really appreciate the rasp/noise level of it. If you're loking for a complete exhaust, which you are I think, then adj borla/magnaflow are prefered options. Everyone will have their opinion of course and it's up to you. Personally, I'd go on youtube and look at clips for stock manifold and LT set ups for various catbacks and see which ones suits your needs.
