sounds like he was spinning alot I think 14.0 at 102 would sound about right
most mustang guys act like bad asses if you dont have the cash to race him maybe we could all pitch in or someone with the cash can do it I would be glad to do it if it were closer or for more money to make the trip worth it

Much faster than the older ones, they can take a poor LS1 driver off the line but lose to even a poor LS1 driver as the race progresses. Lightly modified though they can be a threat to a stock LS1, if there is such a thing anymore...

Sounds like a poor driver, or traction issue.

I own a stock T/A (A4) and have raced two so far. Ive won by a car on one race, and one and a half in the other. They finally grew some balls. But stock for stock you should still beat them. And neither of them had me off the line.

I wasn't responding to the 99 GT. I was responding to JAG42420's response to the new Mustangs (05' and up.) ..more so I was responding about the current GT's. (08)

My response to you however is that I think you would win the race. Especially around 60 - 80+ MPH. Them gears will help him get out of the dig, but he'll slow down.

I think you missed this post, with his mods versus the mods of the GT in question. Check it out and my post will make more sense. My post was specific to his LS1 versus that specific GT.
