not much, 15 bucks for the plastic gear from napa. 100 or so for a whole motor on ebay.

I just got a whole new motor it was lik $60 or so at the local auto store have to check them all for prices it was a while ago and I forgot and they have a warranty. Mine has been good over a year
1998 Trans Am 85k miles.

I just had to replace my headlight motor and had to pay $154 for anew one and that's at the price they get it for since my step dad is a mechanic there

+1 on buying a take-off or new one. I stripped a brass gear after the sealing glue let go on the housing. Replaced it with a new motor and re-aligned the lids and no problems for 4 years
